The OpportunityWe are currently on the lookout for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. In this position, you will engage in comprehensive family dentistry, catering to patients of all ages—from young children to adults. You will have the chance to perform dental implants along with a wide array of general and preventive services. - Serve a diverse patient population
- Engage in morning meetings, team-building activities, and community outreach
- Mentor others while receiving mentorship in a collaborative and supportive setting
- Comprehensive family dentistry, including implant procedures
- DentaPro software for efficient practice management
- Digital x-ray and Panorex technology
- Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced patient care
- Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
- A staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
- An average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily
- A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors
- Guaranteed base salary exceeding $200K with unlimited earning potential
