Eastside Pet Clinic, atrusted and well-established practice serving Idaho Falls since 1970, isseeking a Managing Veterinarian to lead our medical team whilecontinuing to practice high-quality, compassionate medicine. This role is idealfor a veterinarian who enjoys mentoring others, shaping medical standards, andhaving a meaningful voice in clinic operations—all while maintaining work-lifebalance.

About Our Practice

Over the years, we’vethoughtfully updated our hospital to create a modern, welcoming environment.Our most recent—and largest—renovation was completed in July 2025. Theclinic features:

  • Seven exam rooms
  • \n
  • A spacious treatment area
  • \n
  • A dedicated quiet cat zone
  • \n
  • A surgical suite with two tables
  • \n
  • Two fully equipped dental areas
  • \n
\n

We are well-equipped with digitalradiology, digital dental radiology, ultrasound, tonopen, endoscopy, and sixanesthetic machines, all supported by advanced warming and monitoringsystems. We also have equipment to perform a wide range of orthopedicprocedures in-house. Orthopedic experience is not required, but interest ormotivation to learn these surgeries is highly welcomed and supported.

The Role

As Managing Veterinarian,you will:

  • Lead and mentor our veterinary team, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture
  • \n
  • Help guide medical protocols and standards of care
  • \n
  • Partner with practice manager on workflow, efficiency, and team development
  • \n
  • Maintain a clinical caseload while shaping the future direction of the hospital

This is a hands-onleadership role designed for someone who wants influence without sacrificingtime with patients.
