Lead Veterinarian - Primary Care

One of our clients is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join its growing primary care practice in Stratford, Connecticut. • Provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, medical, and surgical care for companion animals.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.

• Perform routine surgical and dental procedures.

• Mentor and support veterinary team members when appropriate.

• Educate clients on preventive healthcare and treatment options.

• Collaborate with specialists and hospital staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

• Maintain accurate medical records and follow established medical protocols.

• Seven fully equipped examination rooms, including a dedicated feline exam room.

• Surgical suite and dedicated dental suite.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school.

• Active or eligible for veterinary licensure in Connecticut.

• Experience in companion animal primary care.

• Strong surgical, diagnostic, and client communication skills.
