Production Associate

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Production Associate positions in Farwell MI. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Production Associate, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

• Shift: Monday – Friday - 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM OR 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM OR 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Weekly paycheck

• Pay: $16.22 p/h

Responsibilities:

• Remove finished foam seat pads from molds and place them on conveyors for further processing.

• Clean molds by removing foam particles, wax buildup, and debris to prepare for the next production cycle.

• Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.

• Report production issues, defects, and process concerns to supervisors and line technicians.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, assembly, production, or automotive experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Comfortable using pneumatic tools, hand tools, grinders, and trimming equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Details: $16.22 per hour
