Exciting contract opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is available for the 2026/2027 school year. This position begins September 1st and runs through the end of the academic year. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. This role supports students in grades 1–8 and is perfect for a dedicated professional looking to make a positive difference within a school environment near Upper Darby, PA.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a BCBA
  • Experience providing ABA services in school or pediatric settings
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and staff
  • Ability to assess and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Previous experience managing a diverse caseload, preferably grades 1–8
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and best practices in behavioral analysis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for students in grades 1–8
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support school staff on ABA strategies and protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers and school psychologists
  • Collect, analyze, and report student data to inform ongoing interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help develop individualized educational goals
  • Consult with parents and guardians to support student progress at home and in school
