Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proven experience working with students with disabilities or diverse learning needs
- Strong skills in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Familiarity with current special education laws, instructional strategies, and behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction in accordance with students’ IEP goals and accommodations
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to support varying learning needs
- Monitor and document student progress, preparing regular reports

- Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
- Implement positive behavior management techniques
