Note: This role may qualify for a bonus of up to $10,000 for day shifts and $15,000 for night shifts for external candidates with a minimum of one year of RN experience. Current internal associates are not eligible for sign-on bonuses.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-SurgUnit: Surg-Tele
This is a dynamic post-operative surgical unit focusing on colorectal, vascular, and abdominal surgeries. The unit handles a complex mix of cases, providing an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge in drains, wound care, and post-operative management.
The Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) is tasked with delivering outstanding nursing care to patients by:
- Employing strong organizational and leadership abilities to assess patient conditions.
- Providing care for patients with both medical and surgical diagnoses.
- Implementing clinical nursing interventions effectively.
- Possessing a diverse set of medical skills.
- Creating and executing patient care plans to enhance outcomes.
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Monitor vital signs, administer IV medications, and assess patient conditions.
- Evaluate, update, and modify care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Administer medications safely in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
- Minimum of one year of RN experience (required).
- At least six months of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- BLS Basic Life Support certification (preferred upon hire; must be obtained from an approved source before providing direct patient care; ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be accepted in lieu of BLS).
Minimum: $34.33
Maximum: $54.93
