Registered Dental Hygienist

Hold a valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

• Possess a current CPR certification.
• Be certified in laser dentistry.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to oral health and the well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) include:

• Educating patients on dental health, including proper tooth care and nutrition.
• Removing plaque and tartar through scaling and polishing procedures.
• Taking dental impressions and/or radiographs as needed.
• Applying preventive treatments such as prophylactic agents, antibacterial materials, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to reduce the risk of tooth decay.
• Conducting screening and monitoring assessments.
