Our organization, in collaboration with a prominent medical school, is on the lookout for Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physicians to become part of our dedicated and skilled women's health teams across Indiana. Position Highlights
  • Diverse Practice Opportunities: Positions are available in various communities throughout Indiana, encompassing urban, suburban, and rural areas.
  • Collaborative Care Model: Engage with a multidisciplinary team aimed at enhancing outcomes for patients and their families.
  • Comprehensive OB/GYN Services: Responsibilities include contraception counseling, IUD insertion and removal, pregnancy management and deliveries (both vaginal and cesarean), gynecologic procedures, ultrasound, and care throughout the female lifespan.
  • Work-Life Balance: Shared call coverage and support from a laborist team facilitate a manageable schedule.
  • Academic Role: Faculty responsibilities will be customized based on experience and rank, with opportunities to educate medical students and residents.
  • Research Opportunities: Engage in scholarly activities, including research, clinical innovation, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Dual Employment: Full-time roles available with both our organization and the affiliated medical school.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive salary with potential for incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid time off (PTO) for vacation, CME, and holidays, CME reimbursement, and relocation support.
  • Eligibility for a sign-on bonus of up to $150,000.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in OB/GYN.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in Indiana.
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
  • Open to both recent graduates and seasoned professionals.
