\n Fabrication Associate Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Set up and operate woodworking machinery and hand tools using blueprints and drawings
    • \n
  • Trim, drill, and finish outdoor furniture components according to specifications
    • \n
  • Read blueprints and measurements to produce quality components
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing work area
    • \n
  • Follow safety procedures and work with the production team to meet quality and production goals
    • \n

\n Schedule:\n
\n
\n Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Pay:\n
\n
\n $18.00 per hour\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Fabrication Associate Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • 3–6 months of fabrication or manufacturing experience
    • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
    • \n
  • Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
    • \n
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
    • \n
