Now Hiring: Make Ready Technician – Carrollton, TX 75007
Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Opportunity: Temporary or Temp-to-Hire Assignment
BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Make Ready Technician to support an apartment community in Carrollton, TX 75007. This role will focus on preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents.
Responsibilities- Complete apartment turns and make-ready tasks
- Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
- Perform painting, cleaning, repairs, and touch-ups
- Complete basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Install or replace fixtures, hardware, and other components
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances
- Communicate progress with onsite staff
- Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety procedures
- Previous Make Ready or apartment maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Must have basic hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
