We are currently hiring General Laborers to join a busy manufacturing facility in the Houston area. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position in a hot manufacturing environment. You will be part of the production team helping manufacture and package cleaning supply products. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who are comfortable working on their feet, working at a steady pace, and performing repetitive physical tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Work on a fast-moving production/conveyor line
  • Pack bottles and cleaning products into boxes
  • Assemble and prepare boxes for shipment
  • Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Repeatedly bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
  • Keep up with the pace of the production line
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
  • Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
  • Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

Required PPE must be worn while working in the facility:
  • Steel-toe boots
  • Safety vest

Pay: $12.00/hour

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity – Successful employees may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
