Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a detailoriented Warehouse & Logistics Operations /Data Analyst in Jacksonville, Fl. to bridge the gap between warehouse processes, supply chain systems, and financial performance. This role combines operational analysis, reporting, and strategic planning to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen overall warehouse performance.

Core Responsibilities
Operational Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Analyze warehouse workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping) to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Evaluate throughput, orders per hour, inventory accuracy, and other KPIs using BI tools such as Power BI
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance productivity, accuracy, and service levels
Data & Reporting
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze operational and financial data to uncover patterns and actionable insights
  • Build detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations that support strategic decisionmaking
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, logistics, or business analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and WMS/WCS systems
  • Understanding of warehouse KPIs, cost drivers, and operational workflows
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both operations and finance teams
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial modeling preferred
  • AI experience is a plus
