We are seeking passionate professionals for three contract opportunities serving elementary and middle school students in a collaborative educational environment near Kent, WA. These roles offer the chance to make a meaningful impact with flexible assignment durations and a varied caseload of around 36 students.

Current openings include:

  • Full-time (1.0) Occupational Therapist: 8/28–12/18
  • Part-time (0.6) Occupational Therapist: 10/10–3/1
  • Part-time Occupational Therapist: 8/27–1/2

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored occupational therapy services to students, focusing primarily on elementary-aged children with one middle school assignment
  • Assess students’ needs and develop individualized plans to support their academic, social, and functional goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student outcomes
  • Document all treatment, progress, and collaboration per school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and skill development

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington (required)
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric/school-based OT preferred
  • Ability to handle a diverse caseload and adapt to a dynamic school setting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
