We are seeking passionate professionals for three contract opportunities serving elementary and middle school students in a collaborative educational environment near Kent, WA. These roles offer the chance to make a meaningful impact with flexible assignment durations and a varied caseload of around 36 students.
Current openings include:
- Full-time (1.0) Occupational Therapist: 8/28–12/18
- Part-time (0.6) Occupational Therapist: 10/10–3/1
- Part-time Occupational Therapist: 8/27–1/2
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored occupational therapy services to students, focusing primarily on elementary-aged children with one middle school assignment
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized plans to support their academic, social, and functional goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student outcomes
- Document all treatment, progress, and collaboration per school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and skill development
Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington (required)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric/school-based OT preferred
- Ability to handle a diverse caseload and adapt to a dynamic school setting
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
