RN - CVICU

Function: WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This role is ideal for an ICU trained RN with strong clinical judgment, rapid assessment skills, and the ability to manage complex, high acuity patients. Job Responsibilities Evaluate and continuously monitor patient progress in the ICU. Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately. Provide timely updates to physicians, patients, and family members. Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor dosing. Respond to medical emergencies and activate appropriate clinical teams. Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient s ICU stay. Complete all required documentation prior to patient transfer Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans **** Requirements: Job requirements: 1 year of travel RN experience – required Active RN License BLS ACLS NIH Stroke Scale Certification CVICU experience – required Strong background in caring for critically ill cardiac and surgical patients Proficiency with advanced hemodynamic monitoring and cardiovascular support therapies Submission notes: Shift: 36 hrs/ 3x12 Nights 6:45p- 7:15a EOW Nursys License Verification License/Certificate Verification Driver s License / State ID Ascension Profile Two Professional ReferencesPandologic.
