Registered Nurse – Care Facility

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide resident-focused care within our 24-hour nursing environment. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health.
• Create and regularly update personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
• Advocate for residents' dignity, safety, and overall quality of life through effective communication and education.
• Contribute to a workplace culture that values respect, teamwork, and ongoing quality enhancement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid nursing license.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

This position is based in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, requiring the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
