Gastroenterology Faculty Positions Available at Various Locations in the Pittsburgh Area

Our organization is excited to announce openings for full-time faculty roles in the field of gastroenterology within the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. We are looking for candidates at the clinical assistant, associate, and professor of medicine levels.

These positions are primarily based in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition, with opportunities available at several UPMC facilities, including UPMC St. Margaret, UPMC Mercy, UPMC Magee Women's Hospital, and UPMC Presbyterian-Shadyside. We welcome applications from clinical educators, gastroenterologists with specialized interests, and recent GI fellows who are board-eligible.

Qualifications

• MD or an equivalent medical degree
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE)
• Must be eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
• Open to applicants ranging from Instructor to Professor levels

Responsibilities

• Provide both inpatient and outpatient clinical care
• Engage in research and pursue focused clinical interests
• Opportunities to mentor and teach fellows, clinical trainees, and medical students
