Job Overview

Position: Part-Time - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:
The role involves overseeing the provision of high-quality nursing care for patients across all stages of life, along with managing operational matters during the assigned shift. Clinical care will be provided as necessary based on patient volume. It is essential to communicate patient care updates, departmental challenges, and staff issues to the relevant leadership. Additionally, the position serves as a resource for staff, offering guidance and support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Educational Background:
  Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Required Experience:
  At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is mandatory.
• Licensure and Certification:
  A valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or an NLC/eNLC Multistate License is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also necessary.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  Ideally, candidates will have two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting and a Bachelor’s degree. Advanced certification in a relevant specialty area is advantageous, along with proven clinical competency.
