We are currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to become part of our expanding team. Our Hygienists play a crucial role in providing direct dental care and related services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, while also supporting the office's operations.
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to every patient.
- Provide direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride applications, and other related procedures under a dentist's supervision.
- Offer excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care.
- Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices.
- Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and organizational standards.
- Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process.
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
- Take x-rays and document them in patient records when necessary.
- Create memorable experiences for patients by demonstrating compassion and understanding.
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire).
