Job Description
We are currently looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN MD to become a part of our expanding team in either Fishersville or Harrisonburg. We offer various openings that can accommodate your preferred practice schedule, whether you are seeking full-time or part-time opportunities.

As an OB/GYN Physician, you will be part of a collaborative environment that includes:
- Practice Setting: Both outpatient and hospital-based care, working alongside 9 physicians and 8 Certified Nurse Midwives, supported by dedicated staff.
- Call Schedule: 1/6 call rotation.
- Patient Volume: Manage 20-25 patients daily and approximately 110 deliveries each month.
- Collaboration: Engage with a collegial medical staff and a broad network to attract new patients.
- MD or DO with Board Certification in OB/GYN.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Virginia.
- A strong commitment to providing advanced care in community settings.
- Salary Range: $398,518.00 - $418,444.00.
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 (with a 2-year commitment).
