Key Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapist I provides evidence-based, patient-focused rehabilitation services aimed at restoring function, enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting independence. You will work alongside physicians and a multidisciplinary care team to create personalized treatment plans that support patients in reaching their rehabilitation objectives.
- Assess patients and formulate tailored treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, mobility assistance, and functional rehabilitation.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment strategies and home exercise routines.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes.
- Ensure accurate EMR documentation while adhering to hospital and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience, and Training:
- Possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy.
- Hold a current state Physical Therapy license.
- Maintain a current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire.
