Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive care to patients and their families throughout various stages of life.
- Create and update patient care plans, ensuring coordination among different healthcare disciplines.
- Engage in shared accountability and collaborative decision-making regarding nursing practices.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of both mother and baby during labor and delivery.
- Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Experience in high-risk labor and delivery is essential.
- Proficiency in fetal monitoring and antepartum care is required.
- Familiarity with the Epic electronic health records system is necessary.
This position involves a travel component and requires flexibility in shift scheduling, including rotating shifts.
