Our organization is currently seeking a skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologist Physician to join our team on a per diem basis within the Department of Anesthesiology. This position is available immediately.

CompensationThe starting base compensation for this role ranges from $300 to $350 per hour, with adjustments made based on the candidate's years of experience and/or faculty rank. We also offer a generous retirement contribution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality anesthetic care for cardiac surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Board certification in Anesthesiology.
- Specialized training or experience in cardiac anesthesia.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
