Job Description
The Client Care Technician will be responsible for work on high end custom homes in the greater Boston area. Client Details In business 20 years, our client is a very high-end, luxury custom home builder. They are an organization that works across large, small, city, and suburban construction and delivers personal detail required by the home owner for a fully custom experience. Description Client Care Technician Provide exceptional client support during construction projects. Coordinate with the construction team to address client inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions. Assist in scheduling and managing project timelines to meet client expectations. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
