Mercy Health is looking for a Family Medicine faculty physician who feels at home in both patient care and mentoring. At Lighthouse Way Family Medicine, youll step into a role that blends private outpatient practice with active involvement in the Family Medicine Residency Program. Youll be part of a team that values relationshipswith patients, learners, and each otherand supports a truly collaborative teaching environment.

What Youll Do:

• Split your time between precepting residents and seeing your own patients (11.5 days/week)
\n
• Round on the inpatient service every 46 weeks (Thursday to Thursday)
\n
• Contribute to the academic life of the program through didactics, lectures, recruitment, and mentoring
\n
• Serve on residency committees (CCC, PEC)
\n
• Join a consistent call rotation, thoughtfully scheduled in advance and easily traded as needed
\n

Youll be credentialed at Mercy Health Perrysburg Hospital and other Toledo Metro facilities, and supported with time protected for education and program responsibilities. This is a full core faculty position, with opportunity to grow into leadership and help shape a long-standing, stable residency program.
