Position Overview\n
The Palm Beach Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Gastroenterologist with expertise in endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) to join our expanding GI program. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice the full spectrum of general and advanced gastroenterology, with a balanced mix of inpatient consults, procedural care, and outpatient clinical practice.
\nKey ResponsibilitiesAdvanced & General GI Procedures\n

- Perform advanced endoscopic procedures including:\n
- \n
- EUS (diagnostic and therapeutic) \n
- ERCP (complex biliary and pancreatic interventions) \n
\n - Perform general GI procedures:\n
- \n
- Colonoscopy, upper endoscopy (EGD) \n
- Polypectomy, dilation, stenting, PEG placement \n
\n - Manage complex GI disorders including pancreaticobiliary diseases, GI malignancies, IBD, and liver disease \n
Inpatient Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Provide consultative services for hospitalized patients with acute and complex GI conditions \n
- Manage cases such as:\n
- \n
- GI bleeding \n
- Biliary obstruction \n
- Pancreatitis and cholangitis \n
\n - Participate in a shared call schedule for inpatient coverage \n
- Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, surgeons, oncology, and interventional radiology \n
Outpatient Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Evaluate and manage patients in a clinic setting, covering both general and subspecialty GI conditions \n
- Provide preventive care including colorectal cancer screening and surveillance \n
- Ensure continuity of care through follow-up and chronic disease management \n
- Build a robust procedural practice within the ambulatory setting \n
Qualifications\n
- \n
- MD or DO from an accredited institution \n
- Completion of Gastroenterology fellowship training \n
- Completion of Advanced Endoscopy fellowship (EUS/ERCP required) \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology \n
- Eligible for medical licensure in FL \n
Preferred Skills & Experience\n

- High procedural volume in EUS and ERCP \n
- Experience with advanced therapeutic techniques (e.g., FNA/FNB, complex stenting) \n
- Interest in program development and expanding advanced endoscopy services \n
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment \n
