Job Title: MIG Welder (Manufacturing)\n

\nPay & Benefits: $18/hr, plus paid breaks and a paid 30-minute lunch. Contract-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term stability. Once hired in, benefits include medical (80/20 plan), dental, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid holidays, and 1 week of vacation after year 1.\n

\nHours & Location: Lorain, OH\n
\nMonday-Thursday: 6:30am-3:00pm\n
\nFriday: 6:30am-12:30pm\n
\nDress code: jeans, t-shirt. Steel-toe boots required.\n

\nJob Responsibilities:\n
\n
\nPerform MIG welding to secure finished metal coils to metal pallets\n
\nSet up your work area, position materials, and follow weld instructions\n
\nComplete visual checks to confirm clean, consistent welds\n
\nStay safety-focused and keep the welding area clean and organized\n
\nWork on your feet in a busy production environment and follow direction from the team\n
\n
\nRequired Qualifications:\n
\n
\nPrior MIG welding experience (must have welded before to be considered)\n
\nDependable attendance and the ability to work well with others\n
\nComfortable standing for extended periods in a plant/manufacturing setting\n
\nSafety-minded and able to follow written and verbal instructions\n
\n
