Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Connecticut Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
• Previous experience as a school-based OT strongly preferred
• Comfortable traveling to more than one school location within the district
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of educators, specialists, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services across various school sites within the district
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ participation in academic and functional activities
• Support IEP development and implementation, attending team meetings as needed
• Educate and consult with staff and families regarding strategies for student success
