\n\n Position Summary:\n
\n\n
\n- \n
- Making outbound calls to past donors or ticket holders to raise funds for performing arts organizations including symphonies and other non-profit arts organizations across the country. \n
- Taking credit card payments over the phone or sending pledge cards in the mail \n
\n
\n\n Schedules Available:\n
\n\n
\n- \n
- Part Time Evenings (16-20 hrs/wk): 5pm - 9pm Mon-Thurs & Saturdays 9am-1pm \n
- Full Time (40 hrs/wk): 12:00pm-9:00pm Mon-Thurs & Saturdays 9am-1pm \n

- Hourly base pay up to $18.00/hr with very competitive uncapped bonus plan which starts immediately ( you'll earn a bonus for each donation you receive secured via credit card and employees typically start earing bonuses within their 1st 2 weeks of employment!) \n

\n\n Qualifications:\n
\n- \n
- Professional communication skills with previous fundraising or outbound call center experience \n
- Passion for performing arts to believe in the cause you are working for! \n
- Must be open to coaching and feedback \n
- Must be available to work on-site in downtown Milwaukee until 9:00pm and also Saturdays from 9am-1pm \n
