Job Title: Senior DBA Oracle + SQL Server Location: Hybrid – Austin, TX 78751 Duration: 12 Months (Extendable) Note: Texas Local candidates only Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA III) to support enterprise database environments, application modernization initiatives, and critical database operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database administration, database design, performance tuning, migrations, upgrades, security, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions. The candidate will work with full-stack Java applications hosted on cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS within an Agile (Scrum) environment. This role will focus on database optimization, Oracle-to-Azure SQL migrations, data transformation, performance monitoring, and maintaining highly available and secure database environments. The successful candidate should have strong experience supporting complex enterprise applications, creating logical and physical data models, troubleshooting database issues, and implementing database standards and best practices.
