Operational Support Coordinator

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Operational Support Coordinator for a 6+ month contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This position is fully onsite. Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: This role will primarily provide administrative and workflow support for a Supervision team. The ideal candidate will use independent judgment to coordinate recurring business processes, maintain reporting tools, and support the team using the Microsoft Office Suite. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational, administrative, and workflow support for a Supervision team Use independent judgment to make appropriate decisions on next steps Work independently with minimal direction Coordinate recurring business processes Maintain reporting and tracking tools Primary Requirements: 1+ years of direct or similar experience Confirmed strong attention to detail, analytical and reasoning skills Proficiency with office skills such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint Ability to work in new systems Desired Skills: Prior experience in the finance industry or a compliance role Licensing such as SIE or other Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
