Job Description
The Project Manager oversees budgets, schedules, procurement, and project documentation for mission critical developments. You'll coordinate closely with field teams, clients, and MEP partners on high‑complexity scopes. Client Details A nationally respected GC active across multiple mission critical markets with strong client relationships and repeat business. They emphasize team development, technology, and operational excellence. Description Manage project cost tracking, contracts, change orders, and procurement. Coordinate design changes with architects, engineers, and owners. Support MEP-heavy scopes and commissioning efforts. Collaborate with field leadership to ensure project milestones are met. Profile 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager title. Strong background in MEP systems. Previous experience on data center or mission critical projects. Willingness to travel, for the duration of the project Job Offer Base salary: Open, depending on experience Project completion bonus: Projected at $100,000 Annual bonus: 20% of base salary Housing stipend: $1,500-$2,500/month Relocation assistance provided Travel home twice per month Example: A $150K base salary can realistically total ~$250K with incentives.
