What you'll do as: General Labor

  • Perform assigned production tasks safely and efficiently
  • Assemble and build manufactured home components according to specifications
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
  • Measure, cut, and install materials as required
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the production process

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Candidate Might:

  • Previous manufacturing, construction, carpentry, assembly, or production experience
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
