Position Summary

Our Client is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural engineering projects focused on dam safety, hydroelectric power facilities, and hydraulic structures. This individual will serve as a technical leader within the Dam Safety practice, managing projects, mentoring junior engineers, supporting business development, and collaborating with regulatory agencies and clients.

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Education

  • BS in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (ABET accredited)

  • MS preferred

Licensure

  • Active Professional Engineer (PE)

  • Ability to obtain reciprocity in multiple states

Experience

  • 15-25 years of structural engineering experience

  • Strong experience with:

    • Dam engineering

    • Hydraulic structures

    • Hydroelectric facilities

    • Concrete and steel structural design

  • Project management experience

  • Construction drawing and specification preparation

  • QA/QC review experience

  • Client-facing experience
