Ideal candidates bring experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with a passion for supporting positive behavioral change and building inclusive environments. Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials
  • Experience working in a school setting with students with disabilities

  • Ability to lead, implement, and model effective behavior strategies for staff and students
  • Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
