Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Speech Language Pathology license (SLP) and Professional Educator License (PEL) are required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting, especially with preschool caseloads, is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new routines and work effectively with diverse teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for preschool students with speech, language, and communication needs

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and IEP contributions
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
