We are currently looking for a Board Eligible or Board Certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to join our team on a per diem basis in San Jose, California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced AI-based charting and an exceptional electronic medical record system for efficient patient management.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Must be eligible for a California medical license or currently hold one.
