Job Opportunity: Gastroenterologist with Pancreatology Expertise

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist who possesses advanced training in Pancreatology. This position is part of a distinguished and innovative team of interventional endoscopists at a leading tertiary-quaternary referral hospital within our health network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse range of benign pancreatic conditions, including recurrent acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, and pancreatic cystic lesions.
  • Engage in and contribute to pioneering clinical and translational research, focusing on techniques such as chemoablation and radiofrequency ablation for pancreatic tumors.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in program development.
  • Contribute to academic initiatives and research presentations.
Qualifications
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
  • Completion of fellowship training or possess advanced expertise in Pancreatology.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) and Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA).
  • A strong academic background, including peer-reviewed publications and/or national presentations.
