Your Role as a Speech Pathologist
Your meaningful journey includes:
- Evaluating, assessing, and creating personalized treatment plans for patients requiring speech and language rehabilitation.
- Identifying challenges and adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
- Monitoring and documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment.
- Celebrating patient achievements throughout their journey.
Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
- Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree accompanied by relevant field experience.
