Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Opportunity

Our organization is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to become a part of our established practice at a local clinic in Defiance, Ohio. The ideal candidate will flourish in a nurturing community atmosphere, appreciate a varied patient demographic, and be enthusiastic about expanding a practice that caters to both adult and elderly patients.

• Balanced Schedule: Work Monday through Friday with 8-hour clinic days and shared on-call duties (weekend call as assigned).
• Patient Volume: Manage an average of 20–28 patients daily, including both adult and geriatric populations.

  • Tonsillectomy & Adenoidectomy
  • Myringotomy & Tube Placement
  • Sinus Surgery
  • Thyroidectomy
  • Septoplasty
  • Frenulectomy
  • Tympanoplasty
  • Parotidectomy
• Clinic Support: Benefit from dedicated LPNs and RNs, along with access to on-site Respiratory Therapy, Radiology, Laboratory, and Sleep Lab services.
• Ancillary Services: Access to Radiology, Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, and various specialty practices including Surgery, Cardiology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Wound Care, Neurology, Oncology, Pain Management, Pulmonary, Behavioral Health, and more.
