A growing staffing and employment services team in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a motivated Sales Responsible Associate for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, supporting recruiting activity, and helping connect qualified talent with client hiring needs.
The Sales Responsible Associate will work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment that combines recruiting, account management, business development, lead generation, and placement coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify strong matches for client job openings.
- Build relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and business contacts to support new account development.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up activity to grow business opportunities.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, reference checks, interview scheduling, and placement support.
- Negotiate rates, manage client expectations, and maintain strong account relationships.
- Collaborate with recruiting, sales, and account management team members to support placement success and client satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
