Qualifications:

• Active Missouri substitute certificate (or in-process, with certificate active by start date)
• Prior experience in schools, especially supporting students with behavioral needs
• Comfortable working with BIPs and supporting toileting as needed
• Reliable, communicative, and able to adapt to different school environments
• Willing to complete district-specific fingerprinting requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students, ensuring safety and engagement in instructional activities
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement behavior plans and classroom routines
• Adjust and respond to learners’ individualized needs
