Supervisor

Location: Dallas, TX 75247
Pay: $21.00/hour, DOE | Shift: 4:00PM-12:00AM, days may vary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and help ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily team activities and workflow

• Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures

• Train, coach, and support team members

• Help ensure accurate and timely completion of customer projects

• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

• Address operational issues and communicate effectively with management

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
