Schedule

- Monday-Friday \n
- Full-time (40 hours/week) \n
- Rotating shared call for evenings and weekends \n
Responsibilities
\nYou'll provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan while working alongside an experienced clinical team.
\nResponsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Perform patient evaluations, exams, diagnoses and treatment plans \n
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions \n
- Conduct preventive care and wellness visits \n
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing \n
- Prescribe medications and manage refills \n
- Coordinate specialty referrals \n
- Review test results and communicate with patients \n
- Maintain timely documentation within eClinicalWorks \n
- Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles \n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives \n
- Attend provider and staff meetings \n
Qualifications
\nRequired
\n- \n
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Virginia \n
- Current DEA registration \n
- Eligible to bill Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance \n
Preferred
\n- \n
- Board Certified \n
- FQHC experience \n
- Experience with eClinicalWorks \n
