Wayne Health Urological Associates, a well-established and growing urology practice, has been serving the Goldsboro, NC community for over 30 years. We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team.

• Team Composition: Join two experienced Urologists with over 25 years of combined expertise.
\n
• Support & Collaboration: Opportunity to learn from skilled colleagues or bring your current skillset to a collaborative environment.

• Call Schedule: 1:5 shared call rotation with an affiliated two-physician group in Kinston, NC.
\n
• Hospital Coverage: Primary hospital: UNC Health Wayne (formerly Wayne Memorial Hospital) Additional call coverage: UNC Health Lenoir in Kinston, NC
\n
• Clinic Location: About one mile from UNC Health Wayne
\n
• Support System: Skillful clinical and administrative staff
\n
• Hospitalist Support: In-house hospitalist service available
\n

Candidate Requirements:

\n

\n

\n
• Licensed NP or PA in the state of North Carolina (or eligible)
\n
• Interest or experience in Urology preferred
\n
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!

• EMR: EPIC

Education Requirements:
\n %CF; Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
\n %CF; Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina.
\n %CF; Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
Professional Experience Requirements:
\n %CF; No prior experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
\n %CF; Demonstrated clinical competency.
\n %CF; Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
\n %CF; Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

\n %CF; Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
