Hematology / Oncology - Locum Tenens - Ohio-234507

Job Overview

• Start Date: October - ongoing
  

• Work Environment: Inpatient
  

• Patient Load: 12-18 patients daily (60% Hematology, 40% Oncology)
  

• Position Details:
  

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. On-call rotation is 1:3 (primarily phone consultations)
    

  • Preference for 2 weeks of availability each month
    

  • Involvement in comprehensive cancer care, addressing lung, colon, breast, and prostate cases
    

  • Utilization of advanced technology, including True Beam Radiation Oncology services
    

  • Support Team: 1 Hematology/Oncology physician, 1 Radiation Oncologist, and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
    

• Candidate Requirements: Must be Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible. Active Ohio medical license or IMLC required.
  

• Electronic Medical Record System: Athena
  

• Our organization can assist with travel logistics and credentialing, and will provide malpractice coverage.
