Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing services by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Act as a primary liaison between patients, families, providers, and other team members, ensuring effective communication.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and overall well-being.
- Execute care plans as outlined, utilizing independent judgment when necessary, and communicate updates to relevant staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, changes in condition, care provided, and any incidents related to care standards.
- Serve as an educational resource for patients and families on health-related topics.
- Embrace patient- and family-centered care to ensure satisfaction among patients, families, staff, and physicians.
- Contribute ideas for performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient quality outcomes and organizational performance.
- Identify and manage personal training and development opportunities to enhance professional growth.
- Mentor and support the development of fellow nurses, promoting the nursing profession and assisting in recruitment efforts.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, work standards, and codes of conduct.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN license (Single State) or RN-COMPACT (Multi-state Compact) required.
- Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
