Job Description

Support the delivery of multifamily and mixed-use projects across Miami with a well-respected South Florida general contractor known for its culture and work-life balance. This role is ideal for an Assistant Project Manager looking to grow under experienced leadership on complex, high-quality projects. Client Details Our client is a well-established South Florida general contractor specializing in multifamily and mixed-use construction. They are known for a collaborative, team-driven environment, strong leadership, and long-term client relationships, with a consistent focus on quality, accountability, and on-time delivery. Description Support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of construction Assist with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change tracking Help coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones Participate in site walks and assist with quality control efforts Maintain accurate project records using Procore and other construction software Support project closeout documentation and turnover processes Profile 1-4 years of experience in construction (multifamily or mixed-use preferred) Experience supporting ground-up or large renovation projects Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required Job Offer Competitive base salary up to $110K Performance-based bonus Health benefits PTO and paid holidays Company-provided technology Long-term growth opportunity with a stable, culture-driven builder MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
