Senior Financial Accountant

\n * Prepare FLASH reporting and oversee month end closing\n
\n * Prepare quarterly Call Reports \n
\n * Prepare Consolidated and Combined working papers\n
\n * Prepare journal entries (month/quarter end and allocations), data/statistical analysis, monthly report preparation, and budget participation\n
\n * Review and sign-off on Staff Accountant journal entries and reconcilements\n
\n * Configure, modify, test and implement both current and new software workflows and procedures to ensure compliance with updated accounting standards and operational requirements\n
\n * Enforce Company and Departmental policies and procedures\n
\n * Process and/or review entries related to FCIS, FNR, and FNR II\n
\n * Prepare rebills for intercompany entries and assist in posting when needed\n
\n * Analysis and research of individual accounts and outstanding items at all company levels\n
\n * Assist in annual external audits and regulatory audits (example: OCC, Federal Reserve, and FDIC)\n
\n * Oversee departmental processes and identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows for increased efficiency and accuracy.\n
\n * Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports\n
\n * Prepare managerial reports as needed\n
\n * Oversee Property renditions and Property taxes for 300+ branches \n
\n * Cross train and help staff accountants with daily work\n
\n * Participate in webinars related to Banking, Accounting, and overall Regulatory reporting\n
\n * Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality\n
\n * Travel as need to meet business needs\n
\n * Other duties as assigned\n

\n * Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery\n
\n * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds\n
