Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Experience working with students with disabilities and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Strong knowledge of Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) principles and practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and gather data to inform individualized behavior programs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans focused on supporting students within the LRE
  • Train and support staff in evidence-based behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency of interventions across environments
  • Regularly evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Maintain detailed records in accordance with district and regulatory standards
